RICKY WIGGINS BUILDERS, INC. is continuing a family tradition begun over 45 years ago.
The Wiggins name has been associated with home building since the 1950's. Quality
construction continues to be the heart and soul of what drives us daily.
We take a personal hands on approach in home building as a proud company offering only 50
to 60 homes a year and feel the families moving into our homes receive something special
from that approach.
Our goal is to provide the best homes available in Florida and Alabama. A few standard
features that set our homes apart are the 2" x 6" exterior wall (R-19) construction
surrounding all living areas, (R-38) attic insulation and architectural dimensional
shingles.
We offer new homes in the Pensacola Bay area in Northwest Florida and also just across
the Perdido Bay Bridge in Lillian, Alabama. Take a look at the locations of our communities;
